Scootours Drakensberg

We offer a variety of child friendly activities. The Downhill Scootours is suitable for families with children. Kids 9 years and older, who can ride a bicycle, can ride on their own scooter. Children between 4-8 can go as a passenger with an adult. This is a fantastic idea for the whole family to enjoy a downhill experience together. We venture through meandering grassland where Champagne Castle and Cathkin Peaks makes up the backdrop. The scooters are easy to ride and very forgiving with their centre of gravity close to the ground.

Kiddies adventures

These adventures are aimed at kids ages between 2-8. The activities include a kiddies zip of 75m x 5, a 12 meter tree climb and paintball target shooting. We offer combo packages that includes all three activities. A lasting memorable experience for your little adventurer.

Adventure Park

Older children and adults can participate in the adventure park. This includes a king swing and a zip-line park, where zip-lines are connected from tree to tree. This is a self guided park. Participants are first trained on the ground and then they take to the trees.

Paintball War Games

For older children (10 and above) the paintball war games is a very exciting choice.

We have a dedicated picnic and braai area for kiddies parties and team building. There is also a restaurant on site set next to a dam overlooking the Drakensberg. All Activities are aimed at kiddies, tweens, teens and adults
