About Race World SA

The owners are a family passionate about slot car racing and decided to turn their hobby into a family adventure. With over 20 years of slot car racing experience, they embarked on designing and building their very own commercial track.

Slot car racing has been around since 1912 and has for many years brought young and old together. In this technology-driven era, they have aimed to create a space for families to come together in a sporting nature.

The Track

The track itself is 51.65 meters long, six lanes wide and boasts 300 meters of raceway. Making it the biggest track in South Africa!

Please do visit their venue for some casual racing. It’s the perfect venue for a party or event for kids and adults.

Kids Party Options

Race World offers 3 party options. All the options include a digital Race World Invitation and the birthday kid gets a Race World Cap:

V6: R195 per child

Includes a standard party pack per child which contains:

• packet of crisps
• packet of sweets
• lollipop
• fruit juice tetra box

V8: R220 per child

Includes a standard party pack (as above except the juice box) but also includes a

• Hotdog
• Soda or Slushy

V12: R250 per child

This party option has all of the goodies above and much more but in the way of a fully set up sweets table. All the elements on the sweets table are themed and labelled in a racing/car theme.

Casual Racing

15 minutes = R35.00 per person

*On Saturdays and Sundays we highly recommend calling or check their Facebook page beforehand as they generally have parties and would hate for you to turn up and be unable to race!
