BOUNCE is an adrenaline playground packed with awesome adventure challenge experiences for free spirits of any age and skill level.

It doesn’t matter if you’re under five or an action sports junkie using BOUNCE as your air-sports training station – BOUNCE is about inspiring everyone to forget the serious stuff for a while and get immersed in an atmosphere of high-energy fun.

With more than 100 interconnected trampolines housed within huge, colourful spaces at a growing number of locations around South Africa and globally, BOUNCE trampoline park is a spring-loaded urban playground with a wide range of things to do with kids; where hard surfaces are replaced with circus-grade sponge, giant air bags and springs.

The rush of BOUNCE trampoline park is infectious. Look around and everyone’s buzzing, whether they’re running up The Wall, launching into the Big Bag or loosening up in the Free Jump arena. It can be as easy or as challenging as you like – a training ground for aerial sports acrobatics, a place to kick back and look out over the action, or just a hard-core form of exercise that lets you burn energy without noticing you’re in the middle of a cardio workout. And our friendly staff are always there to offer safety tips and show you a few moves along the way.

Age Groups

One of the great things about trampolining is that anyone can do it, from young children to their parents and even grandparents. However to ensure everyone is safe, we do have age and size limits designed to make sure big people don’t accidentally bump into small people. Minimum jumping age is 3 years old 

Cost per jump session

Maximum someone would pay for an adult is R165.00 per hour (over the height of 125cm)

Junior Jumper maximum is R115.00 per hour (Over the age of 3 and Under the height of 110cm)

Opening Hours

Please note that during school holidays they open 2 hours earlier Monday to Friday.

General safety rules

• BOUNCE approved socks must be worn to ensure a good grip.
• Watch out for other jumpers & always allow smaller jumpers right of way.
• Only one person on each trampoline at a time.
• Safely land on two feet or your bum when bouncing.
• Don’t attempt any activity beyond your skill level.
• No double bouncing, wrestling or rough play.
• No food or drink on or near the trampolines.
• Don’t jump or land on padding.
• No jumping when under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Important Info

Booking online in advance is recommended as sessions sell out. BOUNCE grip socks are required at all times while on the trampolines. Minimum age allowed to jump is 3 years old. Free parking available for customers

Kids love everything about a party at BOUNCE. Perfect party venue with a difference. You walk in, jump around and walk out – they will manage everything else. Guests get a private party room, catering and their own high-energy party host to supervise activities and make sure everyone has a great time.

Ideally suited for kids between 5 & 12yrs old, BOUNCE Parties are the best fun your little ones will ever experience! We’ll be on hand to do everything for you! The kids jump for 2 hours. The first hour is hosted by your very own party host who will guide the kids through all the action in the entire venue.

In the second hour, the kids have the freedom to explore the venue and go back to the areas they really loved. The party host will still be on hand to keep and eye on the little ones, but this time the kids can do as they please!

And don’t worry, parents and non-jumping party guests have their own reserved area where they’re welcome to sit back and relax while the kids are having a great time out in the arena. Platters can be booked ahead of time for parents to enjoy in the reserved section, all while watching their kids have an awesome party.

Once the second hour is done, the kids head to their very own private party room where they’ll fill up with some great party packs pre-booked by mom & dad. Our food options are listed below and are truly amazing!

The birthday boy/girl gets to share their memories with 3 free printed photo-booth pictures of their party squad having a great time. Plus, the birthday child gets a free pass to their next visit to BOUNCE, which is redeemable Monday to Friday at any BOUNCE venue across Gauteng.
