You will get to enjoy a couple of weeks of superb arts and culture, first put into place by the Plett Tourism Team. This cultural event can be experienced through the winter holidays and happens alongside the very popular Knysna Oyster Festival. The event has attracted many tourists and has become something of a contender amongst other International Festivals.
The family-friendly festival is full of creativity and you can enjoy all kinds of activities. Immerse yourself in amazing music, hilarious comedy, drama as well as various art exhibitions and inspiring films. Under the Plett ARTS Festival umbrella, the already popular Plett Fringe brought to the boards by the Kids of Kurland foundation, formed the hub of the theatrical offering with drama, music and the best comedy in the country. Film, dance, jazz and fine arts have extended the repertoire.
