MeMaGi Photography - 'Ahoy there Mateys' Pirate party

Hey- hey! Back by popular demand: Meagan from Memagi Photography Durbanville, Cape Town, shares a very personal party with us today- her own kids' party under the theme "a boys pirate party". You can see more of her work including a Carnival kids party theme she photographed for Anecia and a pre-school girls party with an Elephant theme as our first blog under the series: "Kids parties- a Family Celebration".

With our last post Meagan had an organic reach of more than 5000 impressions- clearly a popular and talented party and family photographer. Meagan is based in Durbanville, Cape Town and I love her kids party shoots. She has a talent to capture moments during play', without disturbing kids or interfering with their play and thus getting a natural look and feel of both the kids, and the party atmosphere. She enjoys their passionate play and knows how to anticipate a "moment" wich when captures, will become a special memory.

From the pen of kids party and family photographer - Megan, at Memagi Photography

"A perfect Pirate party for an adventurous 4 year old. Welcome to Gian's pirate party, where sword fights and swashbuckling fun were at the order of the day. Loads of delicious pirate booty and some Jolly Roger juice quenched the hunger and thirst of all 'ye mateys. The day was a great success with tired little pirates slowly sailing home :)

Party planning and decor was a DIY job by mommy, Meagan Kachelhoffer and Cake Pops were from Candy and Lace Cakes.
