Age-appropriate challenges: From toddlers to preschoolers, teens, and adults

All courses are designed with specific ages in mind to keep your kids entertained…and safe. The Yellow Course calls out to toddlers and pre-schoolers from the Age of 3 to join in. The Green Course offers zip lines and other adventures for children and tweens from the age of 7 onwards. The adult course is a perfect fit for kids and teens once they are 1.30 metres tall.

Located in the Constantia Nek forest, between Constantia and Hout Bay, this Southern Suburb kids party venue and outdoor play park offers

• 2 Obstacle courses for kids namely Acro-Twigs and Monkey Moves. Acro-Twigs is ideal for pre-schoolers and toddlers. Here children can learn the ropes while being supervised by their parents and the play park guides. It includes 9 fun obstacles. The "Monkey Moves" obstacle course caters for children aged 7 years and up, with a minimum height of 1.1 meters. They will be entertained to 22 obstacles.
• 1 Obstacle course for adults and teenagers. Swinging Tarzan obstacle course will test your agility and climbing ability to the limits. With a minimum height of 1.3 metres, this 32-obstacle challenge typically caters for adults and tweens 10 years and up.
• High Flying: The ultimate Acrobranch challenge – our highest and most challenging course. This is for 12 years and older and you must be 1.3m and taller.
