Our kids mindfulness & creativity workshop happening on Saturday 7 October in Noordhoek. Open to ages 6 - 9 years old. It's going to be a fabulous morning filled with yoga, breathwork, creativity and nindfulness practises created to support emotional regulation, stress management, busy minds and boosting focus and attention.
