National Alpaca Day @ The Alpaca Loom Activities

National Alpaca Day celebrates the Alpaca across South Africa with several Alpaca Farms open to the public.
The Alpaca Loom Coffee Shop and Weaving Studio is participating again after a huge success last year.
There will be free Alpaca Barn Tours at 11:00, 13:00 & 15:00. These tours take you into our breeding herd where we will tell you more about the alpaca and the processing of raw fiber into woven fabric.
As National Alpaca Day is towards the end of our birthing season, our camps will be teeming with alpaca crias.
Not in the mood for the Hunt? Maybe great coffee and cake, amazing views of alpacas and Table Mountain as well as a jungle gym for the kids and alpacas in the petting zoo that entertain young and old will make your day!
